Community Documents

Bethelview Downs is a Covenant Protected Community. We take pride in our Homeowner’s Association and work together to ensure this is a safe and enjoyable place to live.

There are several very important documents for homeowners in our community.

These include the Governing Documents: Bylaws of Bethelview Downs, the Declaration of Covenants, and the Articles of Incorporation; the ACC (Architectural Controls Committee) Submission Form, and for owners with tenants, the Tenant Amenity Form.

These documents can be found in External Documents on our community website or in the Resident Portal.

The ACC and Tenant Amenity Forms can be filled in and submitted online through the Resident Portal or printed and mailed to Bethelview Downs HOA, 6280 Turfway, Cumming, GA 30040.
