Payments
All homeowners within a community association automatically become a member of that community association and are required to pay assessments. You as an owner, whether living at the property or not, are responsible for the dues assessed to your property.
The Bethelview Downs Homeowner’s Association, Inc. dues are to be paid annually by both the Court & Haven homeowners. The assessment covers operating expenses that the community association is legally responsible for. Typical expenses include insurance, water and sewer, gas and electricity, common area landscaping services, and amenity maintenance and management.
The Bethelview Downs $500 annual assessment is billed in December and total amount is due by April 1st. You will receive an invoice and a payment coupon with your account information from PAGE Association Management Group with the annual billing. Payments must be received by due date to avoid late fees and interest charges. If you do not receive a letter, please contact PAGE AMG directly.
PAGE AMG strives to make it as easy and convenient as possible to submit your assessment. Below are the various methods available:
Online Payment: To pay assessments online, go to www.bethelviewdowns.com and login to your Owner Portal. Once logged in, you will be able to view your outstanding balance, make one-time payments, or set up automatic payments for future assessments. Page AMG accepts debit/credit cards and direct bank transfers (ACH). Please note any additional fees for these services will be listed on your Owner's Portal payment page.
By Mail: You can mail a check or money order payable to Bethelview Downs HOA. Please write your property address on the check memo line and include the coupon to ensure proper processing. Mail payments to: Bethelview Downs HOA, c/o PAGE AMG, PO BOX 1237, BUFORD, GA 30515.
In-Person Payment: You are welcome to drop off your payment at the Page AMG office during regular business hours: 44 East Main Street, Buford, GA, 30518. You can also drop off payments after hours by using the lockbox that is located to the left of the Page AMG office door. They will accept checks & money orders in person, however they are unable to accept credit card payments in person or over the phone at this time. They hope to offer this method of payment in the future.
Bank Bill Pay: If your bank offers a bill pay service, you can set up payments to the HOA directly from your account. Please ensure you use your property address for the account number and the correct mailing address to avoid any issues with payment processing.
Clubhouse Drop Off: You can also drop payment off in the mailbox that is located on the clubhouse porch. Please ensure your property address is clearly marked on the envelope and or check.

FOR COURT RESIDENTS ONLY – In addition to your BVD HOA Master Board annual dues, your $65 MONTHLY assessments for Lawn Maintenance and Sanitation must be paid to The Court HOA Sub-Board. Please contact PAGE AMG with any questions - HOA@PageAMG.com or 470-822-9779.
