Make A Payment
All homeowners within a community association automatically become a member of that community association and are required to pay assessments. You as an owner, whether living at the property or not, are responsible for the dues assessed to your property.
The Bethelview Downs Homeowner’s Association, Inc. dues are to be paid annually by both the Court & Haven homeowners. The assessment covers operating expenses that the community association is legally responsible for. Typical expenses include insurance, water and sewer, gas and electricity, common area landscaping services, and amenity maintenance and management.
Bethelview Downs HOA, Inc. Homeowner Dues: $500 Annually
The $500 annual assessment is billed in January and total amount is due by April 1st. You will receive an invoice and a detailed letter with your account information from PAGE Association Management Group at the beginning of each year. Payments must be received by due date to avoid late fees and interest charges. If you do not receive a letter, please contact Joshua Page, our Community Manager.
How to Make Your Payments:
Pay Online – To pay your assessment online, go to www.bethelviewdowns.com and login to your Resident Portal. Once you are logged in, select the Payments tab on left side bar to Make a Payment or Set Up Autopay through a secure payment link. It’s fast, convenient, and secure. Payment goes directly to the accounting department of PAGE Association Management Group. Credit Card, ACH transfers, and Bill Pay are available. Pay by Check – If you prefer to pay by check, no problem! Checks should be made to Bethelview Downs Homeowners Association, Inc. Please include Your Property Address on your check.

FOR COURT RESIDENTS ONLY – Please go to Court Residents Page for detailed information regarding your additional $65 MONTHLY assessments for Lawn Maintenance and Sanitation. These payments must be paid in addition to your Master Board annual assessments.
